Jackpot Rio (the "Game") is operated by Piotr Łukawski, Poland (the "Operator", "we", "I"). By creating an account or playing you accept these Terms.
The Game is a free-to-play social entertainment product that simulates slot machines. It is not gambling. Virtual coins ("Coins") used in the Game have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services outside the Game, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or sold. Winning Coins in the Game does not entitle you to any real-world prize. Practice or success at the Game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). We may require proof of age and close accounts that fail to provide it.
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred. We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, abuse, automated play, exploiting bugs or breach of these Terms.
Coins are granted for free (sign-up, daily bonus, promotions) and may also be purchased. Purchases are processed by our payment partner acting as merchant of record; its terms and refund policy apply to the payment itself. Purchased Coins are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the Game. Coins have no cash value and, except where required by law, purchases are final and Coins are not refundable once credited.
Game outcomes are generated server-side by a cryptographically secure random number generator. Displayed jackpot pools are virtual and paid in Coins only. We may change game rules, odds, Coin economy, bonuses and prices at any time.
No bots, scripts, multiple accounts, selling or trading Coins or accounts, reverse engineering, attacks on the service, or any use that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
The Game is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time; Coins may then be lost without compensation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights under EU law.
Play for fun and set yourself limits. If you feel you are losing control over the time or money you spend, stop playing. You can request that we close your account by e-mail.

Gra jest darmowym produktem rozrywkowym symulującym automaty. Nie jest grą hazardową w rozumieniu ustawy o grach hazardowych. Wirtualne monety („Monety”) nie mają wartości pieniężnej, nie podlegają wymianie na pieniądze, towary ani usługi poza Grą, nie można ich wypłacić, przenieść ani sprzedać. Wygrana Monet nie uprawnia do żadnej nagrody rzeczowej ani pieniężnej.
Z Gry mogą korzystać wyłącznie osoby pełnoletnie (18+). Możemy wymagać potwierdzenia wieku i zamykać konta bez takiego potwierdzenia.
Jedna osoba może mieć jedno konto. Konta nie wolno udostępniać, sprzedawać ani przenosić. Możemy zawiesić lub zamknąć konto w razie oszustwa, nadużyć, gry automatycznej, wykorzystywania błędów lub naruszenia Regulaminu.
Monety są przyznawane bezpłatnie (rejestracja, bonus dzienny, promocje) i mogą być kupowane. Płatności obsługuje partner płatniczy jako sprzedawca (merchant of record); do samej płatności stosuje się jego regulamin i zasady zwrotów. Zakupione Monety to ograniczona, odwołalna, nieprzenoszalna licencja na korzystanie z funkcji Gry. Monety nie mają wartości pieniężnej; z chwilą zapisania na koncie świadczenie jest spełnione, na co wyrażasz zgodę, i zgodnie z art. 38 pkt 13 ustawy o prawach konsumenta prawo odstąpienia nie przysługuje, chyba że przepisy stanowią inaczej.
Wyniki generuje serwer przy użyciu kryptograficznie bezpiecznego generatora liczb losowych. Wyświetlane pule jackpotów są wirtualne i wypłacane wyłącznie w Monetach. Możemy zmieniać zasady, szanse, ekonomię Monet, bonusy i ceny.
Boty, skrypty, multikonta, handel Monetami lub kontami, inżynieria wsteczna, ataki na usługę oraz użycie niezgodne z prawem Twojego kraju.
Gra jest udostępniana „tak jak jest”. Możemy ją zmieniać, zawieszać lub zakończyć; Monety mogą wtedy przepaść bez rekompensaty. W granicach prawa nie odpowiadamy za szkody pośrednie. Nic w Regulaminie nie ogranicza praw konsumenta wynikających z bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów.
Graj dla rozrywki i wyznaczaj sobie limity. Jeśli czujesz, że tracisz kontrolę nad czasem lub pieniędzmi, przerwij grę. Na Twój wniosek e-mailem zamkniemy konto.
